This exhibition selects 12 contemporary Yixing purple teapots and 317th century Dutch Delft famous ceramists Ali de Milder and Jacobs de Caluwe Jacobus de Caluwe, imitation Yixing teapots. The raw materials and creative tools of the teapot are also displayed at the same time, fully showing the exquisite and moving traditional Chinese craftsmanship and the achievements of cultural exchanges between the two countries for hundreds of years. Four of them will remain on display at Museum Boijmans van Beuningen (Boemanmann Museum in the Netherlands) for a long time.

At the exhibition, Chinese and foreign guests reviewed the origin of Yixing purple sand and the Netherlands, and imagined the future development of Yixing purple sand in Europe."This exhibition is a collision of history and a reappearance of culture," said Alexandra, the curator of the Depot Museum. Verhalenhuis Linda, curator of the Immigration Museum, said, "This is a very rare opportunity, and I am honored to work together to hold this exhibition."

Hu Xuan, founder of OnePot brand and ambassador for Sino-Netherlands cultural exchanges, said, " Cultural exchange is one of the pillars to promote the development of China-Netherlands relations, and purple sand industrial exchange is the high-spot of cultural exchanges between the two countries. Through onepot, we hope to build a diversified and efficient international purple sand exchange platform, using purple sand as a medium to enhance mutual understanding between the two peoples and promote the steady and long-term development of China-Netherlands relations.”
