Wu Yong


Senior Craft Artist

Senior Rural Revitalization Craftsman, member of China Arts and Crafts Association, member of Jiangsu Ceramic Association, Vice President of China Collectors Association, born in 1974 in Yixing, the hometown of pottery. Influenced and influenced by pot culture from a young age, he has been deeply influenced by purple clay pots. Since 1993, I have been specializing in the creation and design of purple clay. In 1994, I founded the "Huyuanle" ceramic art studio. In 1998, he became a master of Jiangsu Province's arts and crafts, Ling Xigou, and later received artistic guidance from masters Gu Shaopei, Li Changhong, and Wu Zhen. His works became increasingly mature and formed a unique artistic style. The works have participated in national and provincial-level craft and art exhibitions multiple times, and have won numerous awards. Multiple exquisite works have been collected by collectors in countries and regions such as France, Singapore, Japan, and Taiwan. Many excellent works have been included in large book collections such as "Purple Jade and Gold Sand", "Soul of the Pot", "Appreciation of Purple Jade", "Top Ten Tea Pots and Purple Sand Pot Collection", and have been broadcasted and reported on by multiple domestic and foreign television stations.
